This day is dedicated to females of all ages and skill levels to immerse themselves in the thrill of mountain biking. Held in the location of a scenic mountain, riding amongst the vines and in open grass paddocks. Shuttle buses will take you to the top of the farm where you start your adventure. Once you have finished your riding day. We have the perfect spot for you, sitting and overlooking a valley of vines with wine. The event village is a great place to sit back relax, meet friendly people, and go for a shop with local stalls, food, wine, and music that will make you fall in love with Meadowbank.


What is included in a ticket:
Morning yoga and stretch class next to the vine with a
picturesque view.
All-day shuttles from the event village to the top of the hill.
An amazing curated range of local shops, food, and wine.

What you need to attend:
Aus-cycling licence, one-day pass or 4-week free trial.

Why do you need this? Aus-cycling covers you for an accident that might occur when riding about bike. You can be riding at any time anywhere and be covered by them so I highly recommend getting this for your own protection long term.
If you join Aus-cycling become a club member by choosing shredding betties and get a further discount on the ticket price.

Helmet - If you do not have one we have a discount code to offer.

Bike - If you don’t have a bike or want to upgrade for the day add a bike to your ticket.

-A water bottle.


Recommend checklist:
- Gloves.
- Full-length clothing.
-Glasses or goggles.
- Knee pad, Elbow pad, and padded shorts.
-Flat Grippy shoes. Vans are always my top option.
-Sunscreen.
- Don’t forget your own personal items that make you comfortable.
- Snacks to keep your energy levels. We do have food for sale on the day.

Shedding Betties is a club created to connect, include, support, and inspire women who want to ride a mountain bike.
